Excellence with Kindness:
where young talents are given opportunities
In Thailand, there is a saying…
“if you are born poor, you will always be poor”
… Thus, you have little chances or no chances at all to change your quality of life.
However, from personal experience it is my core belief that…
“Every child born in underprivileged environments can still become whatever profession she or he wants to become.”
Dr. Beatrice Pimlac Loesch
HOW?
By education, such as
(self-) leadership, (self-) mastery workshops during their school vacations
Sustainable people development in the whole community
Professional networking with (potential) mentors as role models
WHY?
So that they…
Can improve their quality of life
Have a self-determined life
Become leaders in society
Serve their communities
Can continuously improve by continuous learning
How to Engage
We offer three ways to make an impact
Be a Mentor Remotely
You would love to be a part of this community but do not have time to travel. Then share your professional experience with teenagers through structured virtual sessions every 4–6 weeks.
Share real-world insights from your career
Mentor and guide young people
Be a positive role model for excellence and kindness
Your experience can change a life - one conversation at a time.

Current Project - Rotating Rotary Camp 2026
In summer 2026, Dr. Beatrice “Bea” Loesch will support a Rotating Rotary Club camp in partnership with Rotary Clubs in Finland and Chiang Mai. Her focus is ensuring that promising young adults—many of whom face significant barriers—can participate, thrive, and carry the spirit of service forward in their communities.
